If you have ever been arrested, even if no charges were filed, you will need to get a statement from the arresting agency. Otherwise if you have never had charges filed against you or had a conviction, or had some alternative sentencing like drug treatment, you don't need to attach anything.

Traffic tickets don't count unless it was alcohol or drug related.

Check out the I-485 instructions. It tells you what supporting documents you need to send.

OK, you need a police certificate for your K-1 interview, but do you need a police certificate for AOS? I have never been in any trouble with police..

No, because if you had problems , the visa would be denied so the only way to get to Aos is to be accepted for visa, and if you police certificate is fine... then you will be fine...No you dont need it for AOS

No, you don't need to. If for some reason they need your police certificate, they will let you know through a RFE. So for now, no worries.
