Would you please tell me which application type do i need to check? It's said "I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because:....

I am applying AOS based on marriage with USC and i am expired visitor.

I was about to ask the same thing...I entered on VWP and ended up getting married. I have to get my forms in as my 90 days expire next week.

I guess I have to tick 'Other basis of eligibilty' but what should I put for the explanation? What did everyone else put?

Yes. Click part (a). i did so . i entered as visitor and ended up with marriage.

an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has beenapproved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile orspecial immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved.)
