Congrats! I remember when you were waiting for your NOA1.

*~Cr1 Journey~* CSC

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

I am hoping for the best to all February filers as well. We sent our I-130 on 02/25/10 to the Chicago lockbox. NOA1 Received on March 08, 2010... and Waiting for NOA2.

Hi Jimmy!

Now your case should be forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC) where it will have a Case # assigned. After that the beneficiary and petitioner will both file documentation, but before that you will have to pay 2 fees, one is the AOS (Affidavit of Support - $70) and the other is the IV Bill for $400.

Woooo! We just got a text (at 1:30 AM) saying that our status is updated and we're APPROVED! biggrin.gif

Just in time for the NVC June thread, no? wink.gif

- Called July 6, 2010 Got case number and gave email address (Operator said case arrived July 2)

- Received two emails with DS3032 and AOS bill payment July 8, 2010

- Email DS3032 July 8, 2010 (Did not receive auto response)

- Sent payment online AOS bill July 9, 2010

- Sent payment online IV fee bill July 14, 2010

- Received IV instruction packet July 16, 2010

- AOS and IV packet delivered at NVC, July 30, 2010

- Case Closed August 25, 2010

- Interview October 12, 2010 APPROVED!!!

My son´s Journey

- I-130 Sent, February 22, 2010

- NOA2 July 7, 2010

National Visa Center

- Received email stating my son´s case must be processed electronically, AOS fee bill included in email, July 22, 2010

- Sent email to NVCElectronic to OPT-IN For Electronic Processing, July 23, 2010

- Received email from NVCElectronic OPT-IN accepted July 26, 2010

- Received email letter DS 3032 was accepted, letter included lV fee bill invoice, July 28, 2010

- IV Status: Paid July 29, 2010

- AOS and IV packet sent via email (forms and documents scanned) August 3, 2010

- Received email from NVCElectronic to let me know my son´s case was closed August 26, 2010

- Interview October 8, 2010 APPROVED!!!

Ok, so I know I'm technically a March filer but I started in this forum. I received my NOA2 this morning but dated June 2nd! Good luck to everyone still waiting!

Wow you got a case complete in 2 days! WOW!!! Congratulations! I really pray ours gets on fast like yours. We sent the I-864 and DS-230 on 5/26/2010 do you think it's too soon to speak to an operator asking if it was received? The autoline still doesn't say they received it. I'm getting anxious.

I see above that some of you guys approved in 55 days and some took 90. Comon USCIS what is your criteria that you go by.

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy
