Hi I sent my I-130 on the 4th it was revived the 9th and I got my noa on the 16th my i130 is at csc hopefully gets approved soon

How do I know when my application get touched? Everytime when i enter the case number, all that it is that it is going through the initial review with the date USCIS received. Nothing else.

hi Rgni to get to know about your updates you need to sign up for case updates.so to do that first of all you need to visit uscis website then on the left side you will see the option SIGN UP FOR CASE UPDATE then create an id over there

log on as a customer and then add your case number to the portfolio and from there you can also enable the option of getting text and email

that was a brief explanation if you need more help just HOLLA

Thank you sir. I did all of those things and yet their is no updates saying touched. May be I should wait to see how things turn around.

your welcome There is nothing named as TOUCH in uscis dashboard.Touch simply means when was your case last updated if the casr updation date has been changed that means some one might have opened your file in simple your case has been touched

No that's what i've been waiting for too but I read somewhere that not eveyone gets one I might be wrong if Someone knows please post cuz ihavnt got my appointment yet either and i've seen that most people get them like month after they get there noa1

from what i can gather the USC has to go and provide fingerprints or biometrics taken

i am hoping all of the paperwork is sorted, it would be nice to be able to spend christmas together

I haven't read anything about that for a CR1 visa. The only time fingerprints will be taken before POE will be at the Embassy...and of the non-USC. All of the biometrics stuff that I have seen if for other visa types.

wooooooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooooooooo oh god my i129f has been approved , i thought that my both i 130 and 129f is going to get approved together on same time but i129f got approved earlier so what is the next step now am i going to go through the k3 route or once my i 130 gets approved i will be on cr1 track please guide me.

Good luck. Wow this is great. I heard that they will abandon the i129 and pursue the i130. Most of the procesing is same except the visa is differant.So wait for a while and see if the i130 to get approved. This is so fast

thank you. yes! even i am aware of it now i am going to count on my i130 yeah this is fast took around 36 days for my i 129f approval and trust me to get your approval fast pray to god it helps..hehe:)
