How do I know when my application get touched? Everytime when i enter the case number, all that it is that it is going through the initial review with the date USCIS received. Nothing else.

I-130 Sent :2010-02-03

I-130 NOA1 :2010-02-10

II-130 Approved :2010-03-29

NVC Received :2010-04-06

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill :2010-04-07

Pay I-864 Bill 2010-04-07

Receive I-864 Package :2010-04-07

Return Completed I-864 :2010-04-15

Return Completed DS-3032 :2010-04-07

Receive IV Bill :2010-04-17

Pay IV Bill :2010-04-21

SIF 2010-05-12

Case Complete 2010-05-12

hi Rgni to get to know about your updates you need to sign up for case updates.so to do that first of all you need to visit uscis website then on the left side you will see the option SIGN UP FOR CASE UPDATE then create an id over there

log on as a customer and then add your case number to the portfolio and from there you can also enable the option of getting text and email

that was a brief explanation if you need more help just HOLLA

02-04-2010: i130 NOA1

03-24-2010: i130 NOA2

03-29-2010: NVC case# assigned

03-31-2010: DS 3032 & AOS links received

03-31-2010: DS-3032 sent(e-mail)

your welcome There is nothing named as TOUCH in uscis dashboard.Touch simply means when was your case last updated if the casr updation date has been changed that means some one might have opened your file in simple your case has been touched

your welcome There is nothing named as TOUCH in uscis dashboard.Touch simply means when was your case last updated if the casr updation date has been changed that means some one might have opened your file in simple your case has been touched

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

I haven't read anything about that for a CR1 visa. The only time fingerprints will be taken before POE will be at the Embassy...and of the non-USC. All of the biometrics stuff that I have seen if for other visa types.

wooooooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooooooooo oh god my i129f has been approved , i thought that my both i 130 and 129f is going to get approved together on same time but i129f got approved earlier so what is the next step now am i going to go through the k3 route or once my i 130 gets approved i will be on cr1 track please guide me.

I AM SO SO SO DAMN HAPPYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Good luck. Wow this is great. I heard that they will abandon the i129 and pursue the i130. Most of the procesing is same except the visa is differant.So wait for a while and see if the i130 to get approved. This is so fast

thank you. yes! even i am aware of it now i am going to count on my i130 yeah this is fast took around 36 days for my i 129f approval and trust me to get your approval fast pray to god it helps..hehe:)
