I didn't see a February filers topic yet, so I thought I would start one so we can track our progress! We sent our I-130 application in on Feb. 3rd. I'm anxious already!! :)

Good luck to all of us! I'm anxious to see who else files in February so we can keep up with one another! :)

I am hoping for the best to all February filers as well. We sent our I-130 on 02/25/10 to the Chicago lockbox. NOA1 Received on March 08, 2010... and Waiting for NOA2.

There is a Feb 2010 K-1 Philippines filers thread. I didn't read the sub-title which said Philippines so I entered my submission on that thread. I don't know if they meant Philippines only.

I sent it February 1, 2010. I darw well hope I become an actual Feb 2010 filer.

I am hoping for the best as well. My husband sent my I-130 on 02/03/10 to the Chicago lockbox. Been checking USPS.com and the package is still in transit.

Nov 06, 2010: CS & CQ got married in Las Vegas

Nov 26, 2010: AOS-EAD-AP package sent out

Nov 29, 2010: Package delivered at 1:12pm

Dec 10, 2010: Received text messages from USCIS regarding receipt numbers for AOS, EAD, and AP

Dec 14, 2010: Received three I-797C from mail

Dec 18, 2010: Touched

Jan 05, 2011: Received RFE for I-485 (email)

Jan 10, 2011: Received RFE for I-485 (hardcopy)

Jan 11, 2011: Sent response to RFE for I-485 (Fedex/UPS do not deliver to PO Box. Only USPS does and it takes 2 days even for Express Post)

Jan 13, 2011: Response to RFE delivered

Awesome!! :) It's nice to see the process actually starting isn't it? We still have yet to receive our NOA1....I am getting anxious now! I know it's really only been a week and a half since our package was received, and one of those days was a holiday....I am trying reassure myself ;)

04-02-2010 Received letter from NVC case sent to Juarez's Consulate

05-11-2010 Juarez US consulate received our case.

05-13-2010 Juarez US consulate sent K1 instructions packet to my fiance.

05-25-2010 Received instructions packet.

07-06-2010 Ciudad Juarez for the medical evaluation.

07-07-2010 Ciudad Juarez for the Visa Interview.APPROVE!!

I filed on the 18th and it said it was received last night (Feb. 21st)...How that is possible since post is supposed to be delivered on a Sunday, I have no idea. I'm just waiting for a NOA which I'm hoping won't take a long time to arrive. I'm terrible at waiting and even more so for this. I has taken me wayyyyy tooooo long to file these papers. Looking at some of the other people's filing times, I'm beginning to feel (probably) foolishly optimistic. I know I will get hit with at least 1 RFE so more waiting is in my future.

Good luck to everyone else in February. Hopefully we will all be able to join the league of "lucky ones who can be with their loved ones".
