Good news and bad news- kind of.

The good news first-

Tuyen's interview went really good. The CO told her that she did really well. It was about 15 minutes.

They never looked at any of our evidence we brought.

1. Where do I work?

2. How long is my commute?

3. What is the company size?

4. My parent's names?

5. Why I don't I speak with my father? (my mother remarried)

6. How much did I pay for my house?

7. How many rooms does it have?

8. What are my friend's names?

9. What do they do for fun together?

10. What kind of work do my friends do?

The bad news-

We were issued a green sheet for an updated I-864 and better passport sized photos of Tuyen. She has to submit them Mar 5. The Consulate actually told me a month ago that I needed to fill out a I-134, so that is what we brought.

If anyone has a reaffirmed CR1 bring the I-864 to the Consulate, even if they tell you to use the I-134

I'm confident that a Pink will be issued once we submit the photos and I-864.

Congrats

Your case changed to an IR1 right?? Did you guys get approved for the K-3?? I'm confused as to why they would tell you to use the I-134 in the first place...

I think that for those whose cases are being reaffirmed, they should just stay on the safe side and just bring both...

CONGRATS AGAIN...It has been a long time coming for you guys!!

Yes the case is a CR1/IR1. I have no idea why they told me to use a the I-134. I thought it was goofy too, but figured that's what they want.

BTW.. Tuyen said that out of the 50 case before her's only 4 got pink.
