This is really good news. I knew it was coming, and I had a good feeling it was today. I was looking at the date on my phone at work and saw it was the 4th, and I just thought that it would be a month now. I thought that now your AP should be ending very soon, and here it is the wonderful news that I was just thinking about today. I am so happy for you.

now, when booking his ticket, looks like he will have an overnight stay in london. i know we meet the criteria. just wondering if we have to have a formal permission letter. or would the visa and ticket be enough.

thank you everyone. when i read the email this morning, the tears started to flow. this time happy tears!!! he doesn't know yet because of phone issues, and he does not have the internet at home. he hardly comes on visajourney, so the surprise is not ruined but i won't post on the other immigration forum that he reads until i talk to him. but knowing him, he will call VFS in the morning, and will find out the answer it is such a sigh of relief!!!

22 months ago today: Mr. Twisted K and Miss Kaushalia rec'd NOA1 for the I129F K-1 visa.

18 months ago today: Kaushalia received the NOA2 (interview scheduled for November 12)

14 months ago today: I129F expired, and was sent back to USCIS.

12 months ago today: USCIS sent 2nd NOA1 to alert Miss Kaushalia that they have rec'd the petition back with a request to review.

8 days short of 8 months ago today: Kaushalia becomes Mrs. Twisted K

5 days short of 7 months ago today: Mrs. Twisted K sends off the I130 for Cr1 visa.

1 month ago today: Mr. Twisted K has his interview, and subsequent AP

TODAY!!!! TODAY!!!!: Mrs. Twisted K received an email from the Embassy that Mr. Twisted K's Visa was printed on February 3, 2010!!!!
