Hey,

at the last week the "Sign failed" at the NVC.

How long is the time to become an Appointment Letter?

How long is the time to the Interview?

Marriage - Februar 1997

12/10/08 - I-130

07/08/09 - I-130 was approved

08/04/09 - DS-3032

08/05/09 - DS-3032 send to the NVC

08/10/09 - AOS paid

08/31/09 - IV-paid

09/30/09 - Medical in Leipzig

10/05/09 - DS-230 send to the NVC

10/23/09 - RFE from NVC

11/10/09 - RFE sent back to NVC

12/09 - RFE - I-864

01/10/10 - RFE sent back to NVC

01/25/10 - Logg in failed to NVC

03/04/10 - Interview in Frankfurt

at the last week the "Sign failed" at the NVC.

How long is the time to become an Appointment Letter?

How long is the time to the Interview?

Call on the Second week of febueary (Next week) thats when they give em out. They will also send you an email. I just got my case complete also, and waitting for an interview. Congrats!

02-14-10: Medical exam (Passed)

03-17-10: Interview (Approved But Pending AP.)

12-01-10: Embassy Calls Husband To Send In Passport Finally After Almost 9 months Of AP!!

12-01-10: Husband Sends In Passport Via Aramex

12-11-10: Husband Picks Up Visa

12-14-10: Flight Booked

12-22-10: USA Entry[/color]

02-27-11

12/16/2009 - Received GC in mail

Removal Of Conditions 09-09-2011

09-09-2011 : Mailed ROC packet

09-12-2011 : Packet Arrived CSC (delayed from labor day long weekend)

09-14-2011 : Check Cashed

09-14-2011 : NOA1 dated 09-12-2011

09-19-2011 : Early walk-in Biometrics completed (Original date 10/03/2011)

02-07-2012 : Green Card Approved

02-11-2012 : Green Card Received

Citizenship

09-07-2012 : Mailed N-400 package

09-10-2012 : N-400 Package delivered

09-13-2012 : Check cashed, email and text received with case number

09-14-2012 : Biometrics letter mailed

09-15-2012 : NOA received dated 09-10

09-17-2012 : Biometrics letter received for 09-27

02-25-2013 : Interview Passed - Original interview was 01-07-2013 but was out of country so postponed

Yes call them, and check it out still. iTS Basied on the embbasy maybe yours is not too full and you can already get one. Call em and check. :thumbs:
