Hello people,

My wife and I are happy here, but we are hoping her mother may meet someone here and move to the USA. Does anyone know of or has used a website for meeting American singles that is honest, legit etc?

We would be hoping we could sign her up from here, and then hopefully allow the process to take its course.

Any help would be most kind

David

wow, we have already recieved our Biometrics appointments. It is only 2 1/2 weeks away.

It seems to be moving rather quickly.

This is great.

Well dangit, Kazan Tiger (a RUB member from old, hasn't posted in ages) used to run a dating website, but it looks like it no longer exists.

The one site I hear time and time again as trustworthy is Elena's Models. I know two guys that have had successful marriages through Elena's. I won't post the link here, but it should be pretty obvious, or you can Google it.

The problem I see, however, is that even if the MIL is successful, she's probably going to end up in another state. Why not just bring her over and let her live with you? At least then she could find people in your local area.

I agree with Mox. If you can get her here for a visit, she might find a gentlemen close by that is interested in her. Does she speak any English as that is a huge asset?

I've got a buddy that's always raving about adultfriendfinder.com. He swears by it. But, then again, he's not really looking for anything serious so maybe that wouldn't be the best site for MIL.

Elena's Models is the one that has probably hooked up more marriages than anyone. That is how I met my wife as well and I know a lot of guys who have had success with them. Waitinggent mentioned Lucky lovers and Merry dating and I have heard good things about both of those as well. another option that might be worth while is www.freepersonals.ru They do get a lot of guys writing to women since it is free but probably a higher percentage of guys who are not serious. I believe Bride.ru and fiancee. (com or ru) may be some other decent choices. Sometimes it is better for a woman to list herself with many agenices.

I would agree, bringing her here for a long visit and using some of the Americian sites might be a good choice as well but I do think with the Amerian sites guys are often looking for someone more to date than to marry.

No, he's a real dude. A dude with multiple passwords to paysites and frequent trips to the thirdworld to have sex with many women. Some people think that's gross, others think he's just getting the most bang for his buck.

Yeah, I'm just funnin with ya. Sounds like your friend is what my wife would refer to as a "sex tourist". That was her equivalent of guys worrying about scammers...she was afraid about sex tourists and wanted to make completely sure I wasn't one before I came to Ukraine.

By the way...Slim, did you file your Removal of Conditions for Green Card? If I remember right you were just a little bit ahead of me in the whole immigration process.

He's not a scammer at all, he negotiates the price right up front, every time.

Yep, sure did. Wife's had the 10-year GC since June or July or something like that. She was supposed to leave me once that arrived, but she's still here.

Jog her memory then, she must've misread the guide for RUB fiancees

I'm actually quite serious... Daria found a website that literally has a timeline for when to leave your husband and all that fun stuff...
