Ready to start the AOS process! I am so not looking forward to pulling out all those papers again. I guess we need new passport size pics...paycheck stubs. Oh man this is gonna suck lemons. Next comes biometrics and an interview in Chicago. The only good part is we have been married 2 years and should hop right to the 10 year card. Then I will be so DONE with uscis!

we will have to do ROC in about 5 months

believe me...I hear ya on the paperwork sista...i have a whole tub just filled with all that stuff from before

It will be probably 3 months from sending it til the EAD card comes, and prob 9 months til an interview. I am dreading a new medical tho. Dang it all costs so much! I am giving myself a 2 week deadline to get it prepared and sent off. He's thinking like..days...I know its not gonna happen that fast.
