For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. #1 What steps I should Expect Next?

#2 When should I expect to receive my NVC Case #?

#3 Is there anything on my side between now till my PD is about to be current I should be doing or working on together with NVC?

#4 As of now, I live and work in Toronto, Can i suggest to chose the consulate in Canada that runs Immigration interview ( eg. Montreal) even though in the future I might be livin abroad or its the NVC that will determine where to have my Immigration interview with the consular service.

Thank you for your great help,

Mustafa,

U got approved 4 years after your brother has applied for you........wowowowowowoow, knock on the wood, this is a record brother, mine took 8 years till i got approved. well, we both are now on the same boat and our bottom line is to get our NVC CASE #. this is the # that you should be identified with any future immigration paper work.

All the best'

Ps, Keep in mind your PD is Sep 2005 which is 6-8 years ahead including immigration visa processing time, in other word, u should make this the bottom of your concern :)
