I am a recent college graduate and I just got a full-time, well paying job as a registered nurse. My problem is that I only worked part-time while I was a college student for the past four years (which def did not make enough to provide adequate support), and I do not have tax documents that reflect my current salary of my new job. I'm not sure what is expected to be provided with my affidavit of support because of my situation. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

As a supplement to the I134, include evidence that you were a full time student and worked part time. List the employers and the amount earned.

You should include the past two years tax transcritps, the most recent 6 months paystubs and bank statements. Your previous income may not meet the guidelines but it establishes history and your current employment should meet the requirements.

On the I134 list your new and current employer and your position as registered nurse (congrats on the new job!!!).

Get a Letter of Employment from the current employer that states you position, that it is full time, start date, salary (or hourly rate). Below is a sample of the letter from my employer (it was on company letterhead) and signed by the vice-president of the company. In your case it should be signed by a responsible officer (maybe the CFO).

Current income is always the key. Document that. Can't give more details because I have no clue what is required to obtain an N/A visa.

The proof of income for the I-134 and the I-864 are similar - pay stubs, letter from employer etc. These things can document your current income. You will need to show previous years tax transcripts, but the start date on your employment letter will clear up any discrepancy.
