Quick Question about form I-864 Part 3 (8)

I am unable to meet the income requirement and so my father is a joint sponsor. So Part 3. "Information on the immigrant you are sponsoring.", should I check number 8. "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above"? And also, should I check "Yes" or "No (applicable in cases with two joint sponsors). As the husband of the principal immigrant, I am the sponsor, so I should check number 8 and check "Yes", right?

Just want to be sure on this one. Thanks!

You check yes and so does your your father on his I-864. The way "no" would be applicable is if there were children coming too and the joint sponsor was only sponsoring a child or children and not sponsoring the principle immigrant.
