I would like to know if somebody still waiting for NOA2 submitted at the end of August or first week of September 2009... I have already 5 full months waiting on the approval and there is not response...We already called but the rep. said that we have to wait till March 3rd because they count the full month, but what I see is that they don't know how to count. I hope to get any response....thanks

God, I hope you get it soon. The waiting is horrible. I got mine in 118 days and it took a lot out of me. Good luck.

This is sad and I really don't know why the delay. I thought every August and September filers have all received their NOA2. From what I can see, they are currently approving October filers.

You should try calling the USCIS and make sure you talk to somebody. The waiting is hard especially in a situation like yours. OMG. Try calling the USCIS and you will get approved as long as you are able to talk to somebody.
