Gosh that's brave!

Having said that, saw a couple of January filers got their NOA2s yesterday :o I'm trying hard not to get too excited at the prospect of hearing something in the next few weeks, rather than the next couple months lol.

Really? I wonder what countries they were from.

Welcome new Feb filers.

I saw that also SunDrop. I was kind of thinking the same thing as you. What if I got NOA2 in thirty days? Yes, I was thinking that the same time I was fantasizing about winning $80 million in the lottery.

I can't handle this. Its been 16 days and STILL no NOA2.

I am extra excited about the January filers who have already received their NOA2s. That means that we are next, right. I got my NOA1 in the mail today, and the check has been cashed. I'm still planning for a May approval, so anything earlier will be awsome! My fiance is coming for a visit in 3 weeks, and I'm hoping we can work on everything he needs for his packet 3 ahead of time so we can have it ready when we get our NOA2. Good Luck everyone!!

Jan will absolutely be done before Feb filers...at present, California is processing quickly and have moved and approved many applications. They are presently working on the Dec filers and will be getting to Jan filers hopefully in the next few weeks. A few weeks ago, they were working on Nov so things are moving and it's great to see.

I'm a Jan filer but yes they'll get to each month accordingly. Some will process faster than others for a variety of reasons ie expedited (military) petitions, some have needed RFEs which could slow those applicants down a little.

I'm glad to see Dec filers are getting approvals - great news for them and great news for Jan, eventually that'll be great news for Feb filers.

Having said that, I'm talking about CR 1 visas and realize this is K 1 visas but imagine the same applies.

Good luck to all.

Twice I have read posts where people said the service centers must work on H-1B visas starting March to have them for April. So things will slow down maybe in March, definitely in April.

I hope this is bad information.

I do wonder who will be lucky enough to be the first among the February filers to receive their NOA 2!? With approvals coming within 35 days in some cases...it could happen...small chances, but it could happen!!
