Finally! After a year of waiting our package was mailed 2/1/2010 and arrived 2/2/2010.

May and I are both overjoyed.

Hello! I am new here and I just want to ask some few questions since you already done with the interview. I am divorced and I didn't apply my divorced for petition of recognition for divorced. I asked my lawyer if it is really necessary and he told me if I am getting married in US the embassy wont ask anything just divorced degree. Can you help me? I am confused!

The CFO was satisfied with her Philippine Court ruling for Recognition of Foreign Divorce

Update- Ryan had to go back to England before he could do his biometrics, while his AOS was still pending. Soooo, unfortunately we had to withdraw his AOS and now we have to do an I-130 to bring him back. Does anyone have or has anyone heard any information on this process. We are pretty sad about the whole thing, as we have heard it is taking over 5 months for these visas. Yucky!

Forgive me Feb filers, it's been erm.... months since my last update?! lol

So here is the list of Feb 2010 CSC K-1 filers, some of whom have now received their CGCs! I omitted those who didn't have any updates past interview and/or hadn't been online for more than 3 months past their POE dates. If there's any that you know about that I've left out accidentally, just let me know.

Hope this finds you all well and happy. Ry and I have now been married for just over 4 months and are settling in nicely. I've been avoiding doing the AOS paperwork by cake decorating and quilting, puppy training and being "mom's taxi". Kiddo is settling into school here nicely, and loves being able to wear jeans and nail polish to school!
