Are you dealing with Montreal or Vancouver consulate? I mailed my packet 3 response to Montreal, did not fax...

Also you may want to post consulate specific questions on the Canada forum, as each consulate usually has their own way of doing things.

Vancouver Consulate and they just want us to fax.

Dec 14, 2010: Received three I-797C from mail

Dec 18, 2010: Touched

Jan 05, 2011: Received RFE for I-485 (email)

Jan 10, 2011: Received RFE for I-485 (hardcopy)

Jan 11, 2011: Sent response to RFE for I-485 (Fedex/UPS do not deliver to PO Box. Only USPS does and it takes 2 days even for Express Post)

Jan 13, 2011: Response to RFE delivered

Jan 14, 2011: Touched

Jan 15, 2011: Touched

Jan 18, 2011: Received Biometric Appointment letter in mail

Jan 21, 2011: Biometric Appointment (Walk-in Successful)

Feb 10, 2011: Biometric Appointment (Originally Scheduled)

Feb 12, 2011: Received 1st text/email for EAD card in production and AP was APPROVED

Feb 17, 2011: Received 2nd text/email for EAD card in production

Feb 18, 2011: Received 3rd text/email for EAD card has been mailed out

Feb 18, 2011: Received AP!!!! YAY!!!!

Feb 22, 2011: Received EAD!!!!

Feb 22, 2011: Received letter for 2nd fingerprints :(

Mar 17, 2011: 2nd fingerprints

May 02, 2011: AOS Interview Approved!!!!!!

May 07, 2011: Received "Welcome to America" letter

Congrats to all the recent approvals! I *will* update our "list" over this w/end. It's just all systems go for us now that our visas arrived on the 9th and we booked flights yesterday for 8th July. It was just insanely expensive to try for before 4th July, especially as we're changing Ry's flight and paying for our 2. Oh, and the cat. lol...

5 more days at work and then a couple weeks to sort all our stuff out. I know the next 4 weeks will go reallllly quickly but somehow it's not quick enough :D

Our interview was on 8 June and the passport+visa was picked up by DHL the evening of the 11th. We should have it in hand by Tuesday and will come back to the US on the 18th--for good!

May & I hop to add our "Approved" stamp on the evening of 6/17 (which is morning 6/18 in Philippines).

Also, May & I moved up our wedding date 3 weeks so we moved up her POE 1 week earlier.

Olga's passport and visa was just delivered--one week, almost to the hour, from her interview.

The DHL office in Moscow actually had it Friday evening, so it took four days, including interview day.

We're heading back to the States on the 18th, much relieved and ready to get back to real pizza.
