Okey Dokey here we go ! This is a Precautionary , Preliminary , Very Cautious , Fingers,Toes,and Eyes Crossed ... mini WAHOO !!

The lady from my congressman's office called me this afternoon. She had just received an email from USCIS and it stated that my petition HAS been sent to NVC ON 7 April. She also confirmed that CIS is waiting until they have several petitions ready to send and then sending them on. I had an update on my petition on 1 April ..... so it may be a possibility that approvals on 1 thru 5 or 6 April are also part of the several petitions that were sent yesterday.

Sundrop , Inna and Brad , Shawn and Emi ????????????? I do not want to get anyone's hopes up ( I've spent the last 35 days having mine dashed and frustrated and it is a lousy feeling !! ) ..... but a stack of petitions DID leave CIS bound for NVC yesterday.

In the meantime, I will be calling NVC tomorrow night and nervously waiting to jump up and down and scream like a maniac ......" HELL YESSSSSSSSS "

I am sorry Wishing. I am happy you are a part of the forum and you did a great job helping me with the DHL stuff. As a matter of fact, DHL listed the "bundle" arrived in Bangkok at 03:44 April 9 in Thailand time which is 13:44 April 8 on the West Coast of the USA. I think it will get to the Embassy Friday April 9 in Thailand time.

It's really great to see the NOA2 list is getting longer and longer every day. Congratulations to all.

I've been worried a lot about our case. Before met me, my fiancee filed for k1 visa and got blue sheet that asked for co-sponsor. She broke up with her ex 10 years ago. We've been together for 3 years and have a girl who is 11 months now. I am really worried that uscis will put us on hold forever. Anyone has information or knows similar cases like us, please help. Thanks so much

to brainbridge - thanks for checking the petition. i hope, mine was sent yesterday 4/7. My NOA2 was approved last 4/5, per USCIS it was sent on 4/5, saw the website that it has been touched on the same day 4/5/10. But when I check on 4/6, it was updated and touched again on 4/6/10. Does it mean that it was sent on that day 4/6/10. I called NVC last Apr 6,7 and 8 and told me that NVC hasnt received it yet, eventhough they asked if I did received the hardcopy of NOA2, which I havent received it yet, and I told them, yes i did receive. Does anyone know when will I received my NOA2 hardcopy if it was approved on 4/5/10?

Congrats to Feb Filers!!! Planning to go back home to assist my fiance on her interview, planning to go to PI this end of May. Do you think this is feasible for the interview? This is the only vacation that been approved by my employer.

It's possible crisbess ... you were approved on the 5th, then touched again on the 6th. I have to admit tho' ... I thought mine was on it's way when I was approved on 4 March and then touched on 8 March ... I started calling about a week later convinced it had to be there ..... Man was I wrong !!!!!

I read your posting in another thread in this forum. There really aren't any issues here. At least not for the I-129F. It is simply early in your filing. This should be straightforward. (famous predictions )

Hi everyone and congratulations to all that got their NOA2 recently. I just got off the phone with NVC today. They told me that they received our packet yesterday. I guess my packet is included in the batch that was sent yesterday. They also said that it will be sent to the US Embassy in Manila today. yey!!!

To Adam&May, have a safe and happy trip!

Good luck to those that hasn't received their approvals yet. Just be patient and have goof faith!

Got my NOA2 today 4/9/10, but it was approved 4/5/10. Dont you think that NVC got it today too? Maybe CIS sent by batch? What you think? Congrats to everyone!!

clarification: Got the hardcopy of NOA2 today 4/9/10. Got Approved last 4/5/10. Just wondering if NVC did receive also today? Any thoughts? Called NVC this morning, they dont have it.
