Well...woke up to a very nice text message " Your case WAC XXXXXXXXXX is now updated. Check "My Case Status" at www.uscis.gov". So initially I was kind scared uh oh an RFE?? As it seems others have gotten a text saying "Your case has been approved". So went to USCIS website and my little circle is at Post-Decision activity and Case HAS BEEN APPROVED!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

WOW!!! Lots of activity.

1) Wishing - Congratulations Happy April Fools Day from USCIS. Good luck with the next steps.

2) "haze and ced" Thanks for the congrats." You know from your photo you guys make a perfect couple. You are going to have a wonderful marriage. NOA1 of Feb 4. Hmmmhhh, maybe very soon.

3) Shawn and Emi, Congrats. How come you are not jumping up and down and screaming in internet space. Are you excited about it?

Well now ...... after approval on 4 March and an email from NVC research this past Monday stating my petition is " enroute " to NVC ... just for grins I check the CIS website this afternoon ...... and gosh almighty, what do you know .... Thank you everyone!

Audy_Rob - we're very much jumping up and down with excitement, don't worry about that! We just haven't had much of a chance to post here, that's all. Seeing that email this morning was the best feeling - I was starting to wonder if they were ever gonna look at our petition! I know we got approved relatively quickly, compared to some other people, but until we got the approval doubts were starting to creep into my mind - when I saw the case update email I was half expecting to find an RFE so I was over the moon to see that they've approved us! :dancing:

Good luck to everybody who's still waiting - it's totally worth the wait, believe me. :) I'd imagined the moment so many times but it was so much better than I ever could've guessed!

Oh and CONGRATS to everyone else who's got their NOA2. Here's hoping for a quick journey for all of us!

We're officially at day 50 and it's lunchtime at CSC. Out of interest, for those with NOA2s - what time of day, using California's time zone (PST), did your update notifications arrive?

Hi Sundrop

We received the update notification email from USCIS at 6.45 a.m. UK time, which is 10.45 p.m. California and Arizona time. That surprised us! I don't know if they have people working overnight or what, but that was the time on the email. I'm not complaining! I'd just got up for our skype date and checked my email, saw something from USCIS and thought "oh no maybe it's an RFE!" - when I read the approval notice I cried my eyes out, I was so happy and relieved.

I've heard of people receiving their notifications on a weekend too so maybe they really are working all hours. I really hope you get your NOA2 soon, I'm sure you will! Who knows, maybe we'll be flying out to Arizona together! :D

OMG - I'm so excited!!!! Just got off the phone with Ry, who's just worked 3 shifts back to back with an early start today because of an event and had to work an extra 3 hours at the end because his shift replacement got arrested lol, figured I'd check the status... again... just in case....figured I'd see that really irritating 02/10/10 last touch and OMG - there it was 04/01/10. What a beautiful sight! So then of course I had to wake the poor guy up. Gonna ring his parents now :) I'd ring my kid, who's at Gramma's tonight, but it's just gone 5am and I don't think they'd be too impressed. hahaha

The relief, omg... I want to cry. I've spend 2 months convincing myself that it was going to be one of the 5 month cases.

Off I go, we've got a lot of updates to post on this thread :D

LOL yes! And we'll be flying into Phoenix, coz I'm using my tesco clubcard airmiles to part-pay for my daughter's flight. It'll only be £295 in the height of summer, so can't pass up that opportunity!

Have I mentioned, I'm so excited and can't call anyone to tell them :D Everyone's asleep!
