Well, I still waiting for mi NOA2, my case is at California Service Center and until today I have 5 full months waiting on the approval... My husband called last week and they told him to wait until March 3rd, if we don't get anything we have to call back again...checking the website says that take 5 months in getting an approve...super dissapointed too...

K-1's from what I have read do not take near as much time as K3/CR-1 :( I am still waiting... I am going crazy, but I have seen all my friends that were September filers and some of the October filers have gotten there NOA2.... woot woot.. so I am super happy for them, and I know that our approval is just right around the corner. I am only in my 3rd month of waiting, I couldnt imagine what I will be like at my 5th month.... :( There is only so much information that you can gather, only so many times you can go over the documents that you will be sending in at the NVC, argggggh... I think I am going to hatch an egg in a homemade incubator to take my mind off of this. It takes 21 days to get a baby chick :D lets see what happens in 21 days :P

Thanks for the support guys...I can't believe they make people wait so long to be with their families. I can't imagine being pregnant or having kids away from their mommies or daddies. The government really needs to get their act together.

I looked at your timeline... and you have an NOA1 date of 11/13.... correct me if I am wrong but, on the 13th of Feb is when you would have been waitng 3 months.... I am confused and a little dumb... plz feel free to educate me on the proper way to count the waiting time

11.13 - 12.13 <1month>

12.13 - 1.13 <2 month>

1.13 - 2.13 <3 month>

or

November <1 month>

December <2 month>

January <3 month>

Febuary <4 months>

Hang in there. We waited 5 months last year for our NOA2 with no touches at all. The waiting is certainly the hardest part but it will happen! What kept me going was that each day with no news had to be at least one day closer to an approval. :)

It's funny how things seem to go in cycles with VSC and CSC. When we submitted our application in August of 2008 VSC was soooo slow! It was only after we were transferred to CSC that we received our NOA2. At that time CSC was processing them within a month.

Best of luck to all of you waiting, hope you get some good news soon.
