If my case moving backward or this goes for everyone else.

I've done interview on 1/25, received email confirm card production on same day. Then on 1/28 received welcome notice, on 1/29 received 2nd email confirm card production. During those times, i've also checked uscis website's "Check my case status". i was at the last circle "Document production or oath ceremony".

today, my case status online changed to

"Post-Decision Activity"

On February 2, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Is this a sign for green card mailed out or case moved backward?:wacko:
