Immunization records

Hello All-

We haven't had our interview scheduled yet, but it should be sometime in the next couple months. In the meantime, trying to get everything ready for the interview, I know one item everyone brings is the immunization records. My wife is still looking for hers, but doesn't know if she can find them. Are these absolutely necessary to bring? Can't they look this up? If not, where would she obtain a new one?

They are absolutly necessary to bring to the medical. She will not pass the medical without them. Without a passing medical there can be no visa.

Try having her contact the school district or public health department she went to elementary school in as the mandatory vaccines are gernally recorded there (mine were). She may need to gert a titre test done from her doctor to see what immunizations she has. Here are the ones she needs

As soon as y'all get your interview letter she can have her medical done.

if she couldn't find her immunization records she can get all the shots again and you need to pay for all of it, but if she had some of her records she only need to take the missing shots.
