Attach a sheet of paper with the form number on it and sign it with the date. You can send pictures with the date on the back of them, photocopy of flight tickets, letters, email, etc...

good luck :)

Dont forget to send photocopies and keep the originals. Sometimes the evidence gets separated and they'll ask for it again.

Passport stamps are good primary evidence too.

You do not need to prove you have "known each other" for two years. Where DOES this stuff come from anyway? How could anyone possibly think that from reading the instructions? You must prove you have MET in person at least one time in the last two years. You could meet this person ONE TIME in your life, yesterday, shake hands, take a photo and be able to prove you were together to shake hands and YOU QUALIFY. We sent copies of boarding passes, passport stamps (to prove we were in Prague where we met) and ONE photo. No emails, etc. emails do not prove you met in person.

If you have known this person for TWENTY years, but have not been with this person, together, in person, within the last two years...you will be denied.

If you met him at the bus stop yesterday for the first time in your life, completely by chance (literally how I met my wife) and you took a photo together and can provide other evidence you were in that country together at that time, and sent the petition today...you WILL qualify.

Yes you MUST sign it - or they will return the entire package requesting that you do so.

It is preferable to sign it. It is not required, see internal USCIS memo below. You DO need to sign the fiancee intent letter, so you may as well sign both and fedex them. Attach sheets to list other places where you have lived.

They WILL return the whole package if the I-129f is not signed.

Interoffice Memorandum

From: Michael Aytes /S/

Acting Associate Director for Operations

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

Date: November 1, 2005

Re: Guidance for Processing Pending Form I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) when

G-325A for Petitioner and/or Beneficiary is not Signed and/or Photos not Submitted.

Purpose

To provide field offices with guidance on processing Form I-129F petitions when the accompanying G-325A is missing signatures and/or photographs.

A properly executed Form G-325A is required for all I-129F petitions. Previously it was standard practice to issue an RFE when the beneficiary failed to sign the G-325A and/or failed to submit photographs. From the date of this memorandum, an RFE should not be issued in instances where the beneficiary failed to sign the G-325A and/or failed to include photographs provided that the beneficiary is residing abroad. The beneficiary will be required to sign the Form G-325A and/or submit photographs at the time of visa issuance abroad. It is also not necessary to RFE for the petitioner’s signature on the G-325A, if the petitioner failed to sign it. The signature of the petitioner on the Form I-129F should be deemed sufficient for purposes of adjudicating the petition. Finally, it is important to note that the petitioner’s photograph is still required for the adjudication of the I-129F, so if it is missing, it must be requested prior to adjudication.

Questions regarding this memorandum may be directed through appropriate channels to Mica Pilz of Service Center Operations.

Not for the petition, you do not, no.

Advice. STOP what you are doing and read the guides and instructions here at this website before you fill anything else out, OK? Your questions and assumptions indicate a very basic lack of knowledge on the subject and you really need to study up on it before making a lot of mistakes. The guides here are really great and there is no way you can think of all the questions or we can give all the answers as well as the guides do.

Good luck.

Very good advice. I remind myself everyday to read all at this web-site, all at the www.uscis.goc web-site and all at the US Embassy in Bangkok web-site where my fiancee's application will be reviewed.

That's from 2005. I know I've read on VJ since then of cases where the package was returned due to an unsigned G325a. Though I suppose it depends on who is looking at the file.

Still - why risk it for something as easy as a signature?
