Toyota hit by over 100 Prius brake complaints

In regards to conspiracy, was on the PBS news this morning that Toyota already knew about this problem with early versions of their redesigned ABS module, and did make internal corrections after some undisclosed vehicles were already sold. Newscaster stated, Toyota was debating how to inform their dealers and public would be informed of it, but during their debate, no telling how long, I added that, they were caught.

Typically in this country, multi-million dollar law suits blow the whistle against domestic manufacturers, have yet to hear about these law suits against Toyota or any other foreign manufacturer.

I don't like dealing with Toyota, when my neutral safety switch burnt up on my Supra shortly after warranty, I filed a complaint, dealt with a white guy, but he had to take is orders for a slant-eyed guy. They would neither repair nor correct the problem. Was due to a lack of a shield between the catalytic converter and this switch, only about an inch away. I really got pissed off of them, but still like my Supra, so I had to buy a new switch and I made a shield to protect it from overheating. Those Japs are bunch of arrogant b@stards. I also had problems with Sony, but wasn't like I had to use their ####### like I did my car. One took over a year of fighting before I finally won, the other, said I could repair that if the sent me the parts, they did.

It was great when everything was made in this country where I could call the engineering problem and discuss in detail the nature and cause of THEIR problem, they would break their backs to correct it. Not so with these Asian countries, but yet we buy from them, don't have any other choice.
