NEW UPDATE ABOUT CASE'S IN MOROCCO/HOW YOU WHERE UNFAIRLY/TREATED

OK I CALL THE WASHINGTING DC

THIS IS WHAT U NEED TO DO!

1/call the senator in your state/immigration

right away/ make a complaint. make sure u tell them that there over now 102/200 COMPALINT'S SINCE (APRIL/09 TO FEB 1/10/POEPLE now that HAS BEEN MISTREATED/disrespected/denied for no reason

2/ make sure u tell them there about 10 state's NOW! WITH ABOUT 25/22/10/15/10/30/15/10/20/10 that has already made complaint!! the total since Nov/09 till present feb 1/10 there been complaints

ok anyone New York area info: this what u need to do asap!!!(call)

NY area Senator 1 212 688-6262 Gllibrand Immigration call lara and she will take info of how u where treated and the supervisor will call back

and i have call the senator's in California/Texas/Mass/ and gave then my info and told them how casa CO treat me so they know how they are treating people. and explain to them i made a compaint! so they know its just not one state or person who going threw this

So since November 2009, 25 people in one state have complained about Casa, 22 in another, 10 in another, etc, on up to 10 or 11 states? Is there a source where we can reference these stats for them?

whats going on in morocco

I have not been hear in a while sometimes its helpful but also hurtful. so from time to time i come to visa journey my first time i wrote here i explained about my husbands interview when he was denied for our fiance process same situation treated very badly and given other as reason for our case to be returned. At the time of that petition we were only fiance. i contacted senator and house of rep. no came of it my senators office recommend closing our first petition and refiling but by that time we have married and now we our in process of I-130.

i applied june 2008 for 129f after interview returned march 2009.we have been together since october 10 2007

now andsuffering this wait and my husband and i are excited but also i am still hurt by first petition which was so unfair because we did everything right and i was there in morocco 3 times but because of that CO who was horrible to my husband from the start. when i told this to senator ,nvc, uscis everyone said i dont know what happened i was not there, but i know my husband i was there before interview we had everything and we were happy and confident.

Sorry to say so much to you but your topic has awakened me. and i never speak here or know how to navigate much but i wish i new where to complain or someone to had given this advice when i first wrote. i Knew there was others whose case but not so many.

Asi mentioned we have filed the I 130 and we are at nvc process and have everything again and feel confident

i even have the house rep helpiing but from time to time because of that first experience i feeel scared. And now confirming that this is reall y a problem with this embassy Casablanca , its not fair. I understand they have to take measures to comabt fraudualant cases but they need to find a way where they are not destroying real cases such as ours and many others and CO who are doing their interviews wrong and biased should be accountable.

if you know where i can complain i live in Virginia please let me know. and sorry for sharing so much so soon, but your topic has become very helpful and gives me hope.
