hi. i am a USC and came back to the Philippines to study. I have been studying here in the PI for 2 years already, came back to the US last year for a month during my sembreak. I married my long-term bf just recently and have plans to take him there with me. My problem is I'm confused on what I'll do next:

1) If I'll do DCF

2) Or just file I-130 (CR1)

I asked my mom to be my co-sponsor and she is willing to help us. My parents-in-law are willing to help us with all other expenses regarding the filing of the petition. I haven't filed taxes in the US for 2 years now, since I'm studying here, and my mom made me here dependent. However, I still have active bank accounts there (although balance is just about $200) and still have an active credit card which I pay online. can this be used as proof of domicile?

is there a chance for my case? please give me advice/s on what to do. tnx in advance!
