We need to have translations for my fiance's divorce decree....my question is does this have to be done by someone certified to do translations or can it be done by anyone who speaks fluent Farsi and English? My next question is if it has to be from a certified translator where would I be able to find one who can translate from Farsi to English? My fiance is a political refugee so he is unable to travel to Iran so if he needs a certified translator does anyone know of any in Turkey?
