hey im getting all the papers ready and i heard that if u file the cr1 then when u get the nóa u can file a I29 f as well? but it says thats only if ur spouse's child is going too? can somebody show me what to do?

Also about the cover letter for cr1?? what do i do??

There's MANY MANY post on here stating to go with the CR-1 and forget about the K3.

Me, pushbrk and Yu and Dan started it a couple years ago and it's still the thing to do. K3s are obsolete and dinosaurs at this time and have been for a while.

remember to file another I-130, for a CR-2 visa for the child.

Ya, it's another set of filing fees, but IMO, is easier to do, all the way 'round.
