I've left things on the scanner before. You'd think at least one of us who had done that would have thought to tell you to look there!

FOUND IT! Torn my car apart this morn.... not there. Went thru my purse, diaper bag, pulled everything out of my wallet, checked every jacket coat or sweater that has pockets... no luck. Then, it dawns on me! I had to take a photo copy of it last week. Sure enough checked my printer and there it was on the copy plate. Wwhew..... glad it turned up.

Neiks-What, border guards need green cards too...???? I thought they had some sort of "magical power" over us common folks...lol.....

Nevertheless, glad you found your green card! Now whatever you do...Don't lose it again! Lol....

And yes, it is always "in the last place that you left it"....lol......

Make extra copies of such...just in case..(just don't leave it on the printer again...lol..)

By the way, if you ever do need a replacement green card...maybe they can give you some sort of "border guard discount"....lol....

otherwise..be prepared to say..."I'm not letting any Americans into Canada until I get a new green card!"...(lol...just kidding....)...

Seriously though...They shouldn't charge that much for a replacement!...Doesn't seem fair at all....

Oh and one more thing...If you ever go for US Citizenship...They take the green card away...just a thought...
