Question: How do you know if someone went to the University of Michiga?

Answer: You won't even be able to finish the question because they will tell you way before you're able to think of or ask that question Lol

Bwahahahahaaa  John thinks he is the MSU good luck charm, as we were at the MSU v UM football game and we wholloped them! w00t!

I just like to watch football more than basketball I guess. I will start watching basketball as we get close to the playoffs/tournaments. I would be shocked if MSU doesn't make it again this year ... all the way to the Final Four baby! Maybe we'll be matched up against UK B-)

The Final Four has UK's name written all over it this year.

I just hope Obama don't call them again. They raised over a million dollars for Haiti, and the day he called them to congratulate them, they lost. Now HE'S a bad luck charm! I guess they were still are nervous from having talked to the president that they forgot how to play basketball.

Hahaha I went to Oakland University, we don't even have a football team so I can't say anything lol

It's just funny to see people break the sound barrier and spraining their tongue trying to get out that they got a 4 year Communications Degree from U of M around here hahaha.

My wife has been back since June 5, 2007. Now we're just livin' man, L I V I N :)

"Hey There Delilah" - I still love hearing that song, even though we are much closer now.

Originally I lived in southern Oregon, so it was a 550 mile or 10 hour drive to Chilliwack, BC. We got to see each other once a month for a year. Then I moved to Washington as close to the Canadian border as I could get (north of Bellingham) and now we are just 35 miles apart!

hey I am from Chillwack.. my family still lives there...

So I guess you were on neutral ground, going to Oakland, lol.

Matt went to State for a while, then went to EMU. So either way, there's A LOT of green in our place!!

Again ... GO GREEN!

I work at State, oldest daughter is a Sophomore at State, and I'm just all around attached to the campus (which is beautiful) and the "feeling" you get while on campus and at the events. I guess I would bleed green too! HA!

Haha My brother always razzed me about not caring since he was a HUGE UofM fan, yet he went to a local community college so it was fairly easy to shut him up, especially when his school was known as the Flying Monarchs hahaha.

We were only 10 miles apart. For a while it was about 120 miles (Toronto to Buffalo). But then it was Fort Erie to Buffalo while the GC process was going on. In fact Steve lived further away from downtown Buffalo than I did! I was very familiar with the Peace Bridge crossing.

Ant+D+A, you can't be that far away from us at all . . .

- Steve's wife

Wow..No way...Yet another close Canadian VJer.:wow:

We're practically neighbours...lol.....:)

Hmmm...A Canadian VJ NYSers meetup sometime, Steve Treible?

Go NYSers!

By the way, I didn't know that the exact mileage was 120 miles from Toronto to Buffalo...Now I know...thanks...;)..

Lol..Don't mind me...I usually count the hours instead of miles/km.....It gets kind of confusing to convert metric/non-metric things...lol.....

And yes, we all love crossing on the peace bridge...;).....

Lol...I have yet to meet another Canadian VJer in-person! All the other Candian VJers are too far away for me to meet...sigh....

(I've met other VJers though...but not Canadian...sigh..it's not the same....as someone from the same country....)

Definitely we can arrange for something like that...It should be fun if/when we meet!

Care for a cup of timmys and timbits sometime? Lol....

PM me if you want to talk more about that too.....

Good luck on your journey..too...

Ant

P.S. Lol..ok..So now I have Sdw and Steve Treible as the "Canadian ON to American NYS gang" on the list......Anyone else?

Seriously..If more people are on the list..maybe this new VJ metup Canadian Southern ON/American Northern NYS metup thing can be a reality....

Wow...Thanks for the responses and votes!....

I'm surprised to see so many of you...

Some close..

Some far....

From your loved ones.....

Either way, "there is no distance in love", indeed! (L)

Glad that you were able to find each other, regardless of the distance..

And may you all be "happily ever after" together...:)
