I applied I-485, I-765, I-864, G-325A, vaccine supplement paper stamped, recent year tax returns, photocopies of passport biographic page, Visa page, I-94 (front and back), etc. In I-765, line 16, I put (a) (6). Is there any problem for that?

Any suggestions are helpful and would be appreciated.

Thanks

You're supposed to put (a)(6) if you're filing within the 90 days of your entry into the U.S. using the K-1 visa.

If you're filing based on the I-485, you're supposed to put ( c ) (9)

:)

Sorry you wrote that wrong.

AT ALL STAGES if you are applying for your EAD with AOS then you put c9 which is "adjustment of status" applicant.

Even if you are in the 90 day period what the PP MEANT to write is if you are applying for the EAD by ITSELF then it's based on your K1 application (a6) and can only be done in the 90 days before your I-94 expires (hardly anyone does this because it's kind of pointless).

I also noticed you haven't mentioned the photos and also remember the tax returns need w2s and 1099's and schedule included.

Change A6 to C9.

I had already applied forms: wrote (a)(6) on EAD. 4 pcs of 2"x2" photos written name and A# on the back. I only filed 1040 with W2. It will have any problem for that?

Any helps are welcome!

Thanks

I forgot one thing to say: I went to public health clinic to take second shot for MMR and I asked the clinic to stamp in my medical record booklet which I got from the panel physician clinic from my country. I photocopied all the stamped pages and the page stating my name and DOB. I applied it in stead of applying DS form.

It will be ok?

Thanks
