I'm writing this so I am clear - please correct me if I'm wrong?

you have ONE I-130 petition, nothing prior, and

you've had two interviews on this ONE petition.

IMO, sure, you can file a NEW I-130 petition, absolutely.

However - you should include stuff in the new petition for front-loading that:

1. covers all of the bases for evidence of bonafide relationship and

2. addresses all red flags that the ConOff was dealing with, at the two interviews.

Item 1 is important, especially in high-fraud countries (Morocco and China, for example) -

Here's what I did on my document prep -

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;#entry3324240

so if you are STILL in Morocco, you have another opportunity to generate some new relationship evidence.

The problem, as I see it, is that many people 'think' that 'to bring the evidence' on interview day - is sufficient.

IMO, it's not, and again, IMO, it's clearly listed in the I-130 instructions.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

yes...true...i found this site too late so i didn't realize i could frontload evidence of our red flags when i filed the petition  ...hopefully the evidence we've collected so far will help if uscis asks for it instead of just revoking it....we have also gathered written statements from alot of his family as well as his mother who works for the minister of justice court here..i'm going to have my mother write another statement as well as others from my family....from what info my husband gave me from the interview the CO said he believed i love my husband but that he doesn't love me so they suspect him...hopefully the 2nd interview won't hurt our case but i'm not going to keep my fingers crossed on that one...i'm expecting the worst scenario
