AFTER 8 MONTHS OF AN UNBEARABLE WAIT & TOO MANY "we're sending in a service request", from the misinformation line I decided to set an infopass appointment.

The lady i spoke with just said........"its under review"

CAN ANYONE TELL WHAT THAT MEANS??? ANYONE VER BEEN TOLD "ITS UNDER REVIEW? & WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT???

They are looking over you case in more detail.

They will either grant the ROC or not.

Depending on what they grant, will lead you to your next step.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

HI MAINYASHA CAN YOU UPDATE US, WHAT HAPPENED AFTER YOU WENT FOR YOUR INFOPASS, WHAT DID THEY SAY WAS TAKING SO LONG?

It means a supervisor is looking into your case to decide whether to approve your petition or not. Most of the time the end result from administrative reviews are positive. Let us know what happens. Good luck.
