Hi I came on a K1 visa and married my fiancee within 90 days and filed I-495, EAD and parole. I received EAD and parole. Few days back USCIS has sent me a letter initially that my Application to register permanent residence has been transferred to California service center. Now they have updated Case status again on USCIS website saying that :The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.

What does this mean! Interview coming up

I heard recently that anyone who comes on a K1 visa, and files I-485 according to guidelines and whose file is transferred to California service center is waived off interview in most cases right.

Well suggest me if I will have interview or no Interview?

It is not likely you will have an interview - it is possible (although rare) that your case could get pushed back to your local office for interview but in all likelihood there won't be an interview.
