hello everybody,

i'm new here and ineed your help in emergency about my case's fiance visa k1 plz....

1)my fiance sent our first case on 29 april 2009

2)the ambassy US in Algeria received our case from USCIS on 01 september 2009 it was approved

3)the ambassy called me to complete the second case with all the papers they need+i payed 131$+i did my first interview on20october2009and after they said me to wait til they continue one investigation about all +they gave me passeport,they promised me to call me later so

QUESTION:until now i didn't reveive anything from the ambassy since 20 october 2009,plz there's some one help me and tell me how long take from the interview til to get my visa ???

Call your senator and have them check on what's happening.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

sounds like your case is in administrative processing. call the dept of state (DOS) @ 202-663-1225.
