Today I had the AOS interview and i don't think it was good at all.

The interview lasted 5 minutes with the IO, he asked me the name of my parents and my date of birth.

He kept my original I-94 (do not know if this is normal) and my original translation of my birth certificate (already had sent one to them).

Not asked for any proof of relationship and neither did any queries relating to our marriage.

At the end of 5 minutes he said he would have to review the case.

Can someone tell me if this is normal?

Yup - sounds 'normal' to me.

I know, you get all worked up and then you're out of the interview in such a short time - most likely there wasn't much reason to have the interview so the IO kept it short.

just a note- a duplicate thread to this on in the K-1 forum has been removed as it was in the wrong place. This thread here is all that is necessary :) .

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

keeping I-94 is normal and telling you that he needs to review your info is normal, they are not supposed to tell you if you passed or not right there an then.. check USCIS tomorrow or day after tomorrow, it should be updated then...
