I have called NVC and they told me , that every 15 days they issue interview date , so you will know yours on may 2nd , I have my hope up

May 3, the 2nd is a Sunday :P

Hello on you time line you showed you get date in this order

03/31/2010: Case Completed per AVR

04/13/2010: Got interview date via NVC operator & Rcvd appointment letter via email

04/19/2010: Case forwarded to USEM Manila per AVR

In just 13 days , are You Citizen that why you get this date that fast ?

Hi, yes I'm a US citizen filing for my parents...my case completed before the cut off time to be scheduled for a May interview...unlike permanent residents filing petitions, US citizens do not have to wait for a visa to become available when filing for an immediate relative...after an interview is scheduled the NVC forwards the case to the embassy/consulate of the beneficiary while permanent residents need to wait until their priority date to become current in order to get a visa to be eligible for any further processing :star:

09/24/2009: I-30 sent for both parents via USPS EXPRESS

09/28/2009: I-130 RCVD BY USCIS

02/18/2010: Approved

NVC

02/26/2010: Got case #s from NVC via operator

03/05/2010: Registered email addresses & sent DS-3032 via email

03/06/2010: Rcvd DS-3032 confirmation

03/09/2010: Rcvd AOS & IV Fee Bill via email

03/10/2010: Paid AOS Fee Bill online

03/11/2010: AOS Fee Bill shows PAID

03/12/2010: Paid IV Fee Bill online

03/15/2010: IV Fee Bill shows PAID & Sent I-864 via ExpressMail

03/16/2010: Sent DS-230 via ExpressMail

03/17/2010: NVC rcvd I-864

03/18/2010: NVC rcvd DS-230

03/22/2010: NVC has I-864 & DS-230 on file per AVR

03/30/2010: Sign in failed!

03/31/2010: Case Completed per AVR

04/13/2010: Got interview date via NVC operator & Rcvd appointment letter via email

04/22/2010: Case rcvd by embassy

05/21/2010: Interview - USEM Manila@8:30am MOVED UP TO MAY 4TH@7AM!!!<--APPROVED!

05/19/2010: Obtained CFO stickers w/o apperance or seminar

05/22/2010: POE Honolulu, Hawaii =)

So, I can call the NVC and or the DOS and ask when my interview date is? How do I find out my priority date, category, and when my case was completed? I know maybe some of those I should know but sometimes this is all confusing, lol! I am not the type to check every day or every week if something has changed with my case. Currently, we are waiting on Packet 3 to arrive to my fiancé.

K-1 Visa

Feb. 12, 2010 - Sent I-129F

Feb. 17, 2010 - NOA 1

Feb. 19, 2010 - Check Cashed!

Apr. 5, 2010 - NOA 2

Apr. 12, 2010 - NVC Received

Apr. 14, 2010 - Left NVC for Dominican Republic

Apr. 22, 2010 - Consulate Received!!

May 24, 2010 - Packet 4 Sent (Still haven't received it...)

June 29, 2010 - Packet 4 Received (Had to pick it up at the consulate)

July 9, 2010 - Interview Date...omg!!!!!

July 9, 2010 - Visa Approved!!! W00t, w00t!!!!!!

Oct. 1, 2010 - POE (very easy, no problems, and he even got approved to work!)

Oct. 20, 2010 - Married in Las Vegas baby!!!!

AOS

Dec. 3, 2010 - Sent AOS and EAD

Dec, 5, 2010 - I-485 and EAD received

Dec. 10, 2010 - Date of NOA 1

Dec. 11, 2010 - NOA 1 received in mail (they told us it would take week in the email =p)

Dec. 18, 2010 - Biometrics appointment notice received for January 12, 2010

Jan. 12, 2011 - Biometrics Appointment (Strange but fine)

Jan. 13, 2011 - Transfer to CSC NOA received (dated January 7, 2011)

Feb. 9, 2011 - Email notification of a Decision: AOS Approved!!!!

Feb. 11, 2011 - Email notification Green Card in mail

Feb. 17, 2011 - Green card received!!!! The card wasn't green =P

is this is ture that Packet 3 only for fiancé, Visa not for I130? I got letter via E mail NVC , so what to expect now ?
