well I was Gc but I'm citizenship should I inform NVC for this change ?

yes if you already a citizen you are suppose to tell them you should have called the same day u became citizen you are delayin your case yourself .call emm they might put you in front of the line when they schedule interviews gudluck and let me know what happenes.

Thank you for this useful info I have oath date on may 12 2010 and I will call same day , I did this i130 through Lawyer , should I call myself ? or tell Lawyer who had delayed my case for 4 month already , if I didn't find this forum I will be still in dark this forum safe me

you can call you dont need a lawer to call

my category is f2b and my priority date is jan 2009.my case was completed sept 2009

currently for May 2010, f2b(unmarried son/daughter 21yo or older of permanent resident) philippines is giving out visas for November 15, 1998 priority date so you have about roughly 8-9years more to go until a visa will be made available to you...once a visa is available only then you will be assigned an interview date

well now that makes a BIG difference because earlier you stated it was 2009 and not 1999...if that's the case then you will roughly have to wait about 2-4months to receive your interview

03/31/2010: Case Completed per AVR

04/13/2010: Got interview date via NVC operator & Rcvd appointment letter via email

04/19/2010: Case forwarded to USEM Manila per AVR

In just 13 days , are You Citizen that why you get this date that fast ?
