And it came yesterday...LOL.

I just wanted it to KNOW they had it and KNOW they are doing something. Just wait a month or two and see if I get all OMG WHAT ARE THEY DOING again!!! LOL.

I've officially decided the worst part is between the NOA2 and getting the interview! It took them 3 weeks to acknowledge that they HAD the file then another 2.5 weeks for them to say they had packet 3 from the time we sent it back....now....wait....................UGH. I dont care if it's 2 months from now just tell me already so I can make some plans!

I think it was bad in our case because the ball was back in our court, and I had to really restrain myself from beginning EVERY conversation with "Sooooooo, have you sent back packet 3 yet???"

LOL - yeah.... I remember reading somewhere here that if you get NVC to tell you the LDN case number you can go ahead and mail your P3 in. I dunno how accurate that is, mind you. I don't see how if it's taking them 3-4 weeks to just put you on the system as received; what kind of confusion you'd cause by submitting your P3.

I'm planning on having everything we need already prepared, forms included so the day P3 lands, I can mail it off. When we hit month 2 mark from NOA1, we'll do the I-134 stuff and a new letter of intent. I've already started a list of every US entry I've ever made, coz it's a long one! lol...

On that note, do you have to have exact dates, or does 'x March 1994 - 3 weeks' suffice? I still have my passports and entry stamps but can't remember my exact departure dates and since many were before the days of e-ticketing, I don't have those tickets.

Had to laugh when NOA1 arrived. His mom was too excited and so opened the mail and texted me with the WAC no. and date :D

SunDrop, the USe doesn't like it when you send in your P3 docs before they send out P3 because you're not all the way into the system...it was said on the old thread about it that someone had theirs sent back to them...but once you get the confirmation that P3 has been sent out, you can send in the docs yourself whenever you want.
