I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Oh my goodness! Interview! It will be on April 28 at 11AM. :whistle:

This is unexpected because there's no status changed on the USCIS website. It still says Initial review and not even Email notification.

But anyway, this is still good news. I still don't have my EAD though.

(a)6 is for k-1 applicants applying within 90 days. So if your application is based on pending AOS they consider it ©(9), which is you may file the I-765 with the copy of your receipt notice for AOS or any other document to prove that. However, there's a last sentence saying, You may file I-765 together with your I-485, which you did based on your timeline.

Since you were filing the EAD based on your marriage and adjustment of status, the category should have been c (9). But I doubt there is a delay because you used the wrong code. IMO, it could be issued as it is. As I can recall only one person who filed in February received there authorization. Maybe this will be the week! Fingers crossed :D

02.02.10 - Delivered to Chicago per USPS delivery confirmation/signature @ 11:30a

02.10.10 - Check cashed (day 9)
