I was JUST on the Six Flags site. They got a good Internet price, $32 for one-day admission. I'm soooo torn! I know the hubby loves Disneyland, we always used to go before I got canned. Would be nice to blindfold him and drive him over after work tonight.

LOL...great minds think alike! I want to go to Disneyworld...one of my best friends lives in Orlando and keeps bugging us to come...hehe!

Ok...i'm starting to feel neglected... :crying:

After all those touches in a row we've had NOTHING since 3/18... :angry:

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

I'm just happy that someone (in this case, Shanh) from the Santa Ana field office is seeing some action. Makes me think someone over there is doing some work. All they seem to do when we're over there is be total dillweeds to people. I just keep telling myself, at least John's home and we don't have to communicate through chat anymore.

Good morning Feb. Family. Congrats to all transfers. Good Luck!!!

My EAD not yet been touched and produced. :crying: I need to wait one or two more week. Hoo....

How long I should wait, uscis. Come on!

I can't apply job because of lacking of card and SSN even I have some job offers. :(

I just got card production ordered for EAD. and i filed Feb 2. thats quick considering we had an RFE which took 2 or three weeks before we sent. Woohoo! I think you will be getting yours soon. Technically I am a March filer but I filed my EAD first. a mistake on our part but it worked out pretty good in the end. They sent us an RFE for the AOS NOA. we did the process backwards, actually. but it worked out pretty good :dance:

This is unexpected because there's no status changed on the USCIS website. It still says Initial review and not even Email notification.

But anyway, this is still good news. I still don't have my EAD though.

10 Mar 2010 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics (schedule was: March 19)

10-11 Mar 2010 - two touches on both cases after my walk-in Biometrics

26 Mar 2010 - Received the notice in the mail requesting to appear in an interview

15 Apr 2010 - EAD Card production ordered notice received via email

16 Apr 2010 - EAD touched again

21 Apr 2010 - EAD touched (post-decision activity)

22 Apr 2010 - EAD touched

24 Apr 2010 - EAD card in the mail

28 Apr 2010 - Interview date --- approved =) / case touched

wonder if this is a good or bad thing. Since my wife completed her biometrics on the 19th, her aos has been touched 6/8 days. Between those days we have gotten a transfer letter to the csc and a notice that the file has been received by the csc. That was 3 days ago and since then everyday my file has been touhed. What do you think they are doing... discuss :D
