I'm so happy for my fellow Feb. filers! So many approvals and interview letters! :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

I'm just wondering why I haven't received any GOOD NEWS at all?!? WHYYYYYYY?!?!?!? :crying:

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Woot! I opened my e-mail after my previous post, and guess what? I have an e-mail from USCIS! My I-485 case is being transferred to CSC!!! (That's good news, right?) :dance: :dance: :dance:

Danuuuuuuuuuu I think we're on to something, just got texted for EAD, card production ordered!

I wonder if I shouldn't immigrate on this thread :P

Congrats on the EAD approval and card production. We filed around the same time so I am sooo hoping we are next. Maybe my email will come

2/9/2010- Check Cashed

2/9/2010- NOA 1 Received for 131, 765, 485

2/17/2010- Received letter for biometrics

2/19/2010- Completed biometrics via early "walk in'

2/22/2010- Touched on I-765, 48

2/24/2010- Case transferred to CSC

4/2/2010 Card Production Ordered for I-765, AP touched (Yea!!)

4/8/10- Approval notice for I-765 sent via email/ AP touched

4/10/2010 Received AP.

4/12/10 Received EAD-

7/6/10 Contacted USCIS because now Outside normal processing time

7/23/10 Got RFE asking for proof of legitimate marriage- 1page and 1/4 of proofs

8/23/10 sent off RFE response via Expressmail

8/24/10 Received by CSC

9/2/10 Email from USCIS- Card Production Ordered

Hey guys, we received approval emails for EAD and AP today.

This has to mean we are next.. please Lord. My husband is soo ready to work,

He has a couple of job offers but no card.. :(

2/1/2010- AOS , EAD. AP Mailed via USPS priority mail

Wow!!!!

Lots of good on here since last time i checked!!!!!!! :dance: Congrats to all!!!!

Now i know this is a stoopid question at this stage in the game, but i assumed the only way to check my status was on uscis.gov?? Now with all this talk of being "touched" im freakin out that i've missed a trick?!?!?! (We have our interview letter but uscis still says initial review for everything!!!)

Have you guys got some awesome trick up ur sleeves for finding out info some otherway? (other than the daily trek to the mail box!!)

Again congrats everyone!! hopefully the end is near!

Congratulations everyone for the good news!!! I am so jealous! I will probably have another week or two before I get more updates from USCIS. For now, I still need to be patient. :thumbs:

05 Feb 2010 - Sent AOS package

08 Feb 2010 - Package arrived in the lockbox (confirmed through USPS) - received date

20 Feb 2010 - NOA1 AOS/EAD (hard copies) - notice date for both is 16 Feb 2010

27 Feb 2010 - Biometrics A. Letter Arrived (schedule: March 19)

10 Mar 2010 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics (schedule was: March 19)

10-11 Mar 2010 - two touches on both cases after my walk-in Biometrics

26 Mar 2010 - Received the notice in the mail requesting to appear in an interview

15 Apr 2010 - EAD Card production ordered notice received via email

16 Apr 2010 - EAD touched again

21 Apr 2010 - EAD touched (post-decision activity)

22 Apr 2010 - EAD touched

24 Apr 2010 - EAD card in the mail

28 Apr 2010 - Interview date --- approved =) / case touched

11 May 2010 - card production ordered
