I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

I'm still really crossing my fingers for a CSC transfer, even though it is most likely 99.9% I will not get one :lol:

i got my interview date today which was dated March 17,2010.the actual interview that is April 21,2010.i wish myself good luck and wish all and sundry best of luck in their various filed applications.there was also a priority date which is February 02,2010.please i wanna know if my priority date is current and also what is meant by initial interview?

As spouses the priority dates dont apply to us, as there is no limit to visa's of out type. The initial interview is your AOS interview. Its labeled as initial incase they require you to come back for a second one (though most people dont need a second one) Congrats!

Goooooddddd Morninggggggggg... :D

A bit hyper today and I haven't even had my coffee yet...lol! Had a really nice day yesterday even though I had to shell out $200 for a darn windshield... :angry: My sister came to my house and painted some murals in my daughters room...it all turned out AWESOME! It's like my daughter is in the country inside her bedroom now...she has a bunny, a turtle, butterflies, caterpillars, clouds (i did those and can I just say OUCH..lol!), a dog, an owl and all kinds of other cool critters! I'm just so excited about it...hehe!

Anyway...I hope we have a VERY productive day for us Feb Filers!!! :thumbs:

Morning to all!!!!

Hope it will be the week filled with interview notices and nice transfers for Feb filers.

We are just waiting for our interview to come and go and actually i was talking to my hubby yesterday on th phone and asked him just for laughs a couple questions like our anniversary date and my bday and he got the months right but mixed up the dates :bonk: his reply to that was "U've ben getting presents and flowers for both those things for 2 years, so i think i get a free pass for not refining wich one is wich one :innocent: " OH, man!!!! :lol:

It doesn't mean that they are not working on it, I got my interview letter but never any touches on my i-485 after biometrics. I think they are just slacking on the updates :angry:
