I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

If I did my math right your 90 days should be up on the 22nd, but as long as you got married in the 90 days (which I know you did!) you would be ok anyway. No worries :D You just need to hurry up so you can be a feb filer with me too!

My husband still hasn't asked his dad to co-sponsor cause he doesn't really like the fact of him knowing he lost his job. I really want to mail it by Wedneday :wacko:

And yeah you're right, it was the 22nd :lol:

I thought it was the 15th for some reason.

I didn't think it would be either but I guess with it being delivered to a PO Box of sorts they still had people their sorting mail today...have no clue but I don't mind...lol!

My hubby and I were laughing about the fact that we are February Filers again......we filed for our K1 Visa LAST February..hehe!

Quick question to everybody, I got my NOAs for i485, should i get a seperate for i-765 or it's just one for i-485 since it's all at the same time and kinda part of AOS application? :wacko:

02/04/2010--------confirmation of delivery (day 2)

02/11/2010--------checks cashed yay!! (day 9)

02/12/2010--------NOA1 recieved for i-485/i-130 (day 10)

02/24/2010--------NOA1 for i-765 (day 22)

03/11/2010--------biometric appointment done!!!!!! yay!! (day 37)

03/12/2010--------touch on i-485 (that tickles) (day 38)

03/19/2010--------request to appear for initial interview on 04/28/2010 ( day 45)

03/31/2010--------biometric appointment for i-765 (sheesh, i hoped that wouldn't happen but oh, well)done in 2 minutes!!!!!(day 57)

04/01/2010--------touch on i-765 (oooh, all the touching makes me giggly) (day 58)

You should have/get one NOA per main form (In my case 4 NOA's - one each for I-130, I-485, I-131 (Advance Parole) and I-765 (Employment Authorization)).

Supposedly at the very minimum 1 week after NOA1 + mailing time. So maybe you'll have your appointment letter by the end of this week. There are also cases where it took 3-4 weeks though from what I read here. You go to the appointment alone.
