Hey guys!

My online tracking status neither changes nor email to me after my walk in biometric.

What are they processing? Is there anyone tell me about that?

AOS only in acceptance step, EAD only in initial review. These are stuck at these steps from the beginning. Hoooo

Yes and No... No because her appointment is THIS monday the 22nd which is next week and yes because i will go in early and see if she can go ahead of her appointment time.

Just got a text message from USCIS (lol the irony), saying the following:

"On March 16, 2010, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. "

So...since its being transferred to CSC...does it mean we wont have an interview since it was transferred there? I live in ny and doesnt make sense that it was transferred to california... there is a big immigration office building here in nyc where they could review the case and have the interview as well...idk, im just curious... please advice? anyone?

Yes usually when you get transferred there is no interview. If they do give you one they would transfer it back to NY to your local center.
