I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

I'mWaiting, sorry about your RFE. Like I keep saying, I'm just waiting to get one just because USCIS has been out to lunch with the I-693s lately.

Well Cammie, the RFE was expected.. and unfortunately these guys [uSCIS] have been returning submission even if the I-693 was completed and signed by CS.. I don’t expected any REFs after this one [finger crossed] and we are working around the clock to make sure everything is return on time. Wednesday I get the originals from the CS [sealed envelope and my copy] and will be send back to USCIS..

Thanks hon! The white is just nail polish, I did clear tips so I can do some wacky nail designs. My next try will be doing the american flag type design like Beyonce had in Lady Gaga's new video :lol: I think it will turn out cute, I just love that now I have enough length to do stuff like that.

I didn't really cook last night, but I made a layer dip which Wes really loves.

Now the most important news - I finally have a mail key!! Now I can check the mail obsessively!

Getting "touched" doesn't really help...trust me. I've been touched countless number of times with no result. However, others who have not been touched received approvals. I'm actually hoping for no touches. I got one today :(

Really? Hope I can get EAD quickly, AOS approved with no RFE and interview in short period. So I can run for SSN and so on. I hope for you too.

Hmm, for some reason the time change hasn't bothered me this time...

And boy did we celebrate...we went to this awesome little town about an hour from our house and had a great day out. We met up with some friends that we made here on VJ and went to a concert too!

If anyone here ever makes it to south Texas, you REALLY should try to visit this town....check it out...
