I got a touch on I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765 on 3/2/10

Again a touch today I-130, I-131, I-765 on 3/10/10....

What does this mean? I thought my touches on 3/2/10 would mean biometric? But now the touches today on just 2 out of 4. I got my NOA1 on 3/2/03...but postmarked 2/26... So I am super confused on what these touches could be. :wow:

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

No unfortunately. At least you know they have your file and are doing something. One of the January filers has had like 15 touches on her I-485, but still no approval notice.

One of the January filers has had like 15 touches on her I-485, but still no approval notice.

Now that just sounds like they're playing with your head!!

02/12/10 - NOA Notice Date

02/22/10 - Biometrics letter received, appointment date 03/09/10 (Notice date 02/17/10)

03/08/10 - Second biometric letter received (retaking fingerprints), appointment date 03/22/10 (Notice date 03/03/10)

That would be me. Of course, some of those touches were for correcting an error in my name and for changing my address. I don't know what the rest are for!

My biometrics appointment is March 19, but we attempted to walk-in. It was a success! :dance:

The officer didn't ask me any questions. Although I was prepared to tell him that we were already in the area that we thought to drop by.

There were about 4 cars parked outside the small office, including our car. Inside thecenter, there were about 6 people in the waiting area, but I don't think all of them had the same purpose as I did. After I filled out my information sheet, and gave it to the officer, he asked me to get my biometrics done on the next counter, where a lady officer was already waiting for me.

We came around 1:30 in the afternoon, and left at 1:45. The It is a service center for Utah, located in Taylorsville, Salt Lake City
