They received my package on the 5th and so far no checks cashed. I hope to get them cashed today. :-(

No worries! Sometimes people receive their NOA's before their checks cash :)

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

I just got my NOA1's (one for each: I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765)!!! Yay :)

Congrats! I jsut saw that my checks cleared, so waiting for the rest...paitiently :innocent:

02/03/2010--------sent out AOS package to Chicago (day 1)

02/04/2010--------confirmation of delivery (day 2)

02/11/2010--------checks cashed yay!! (day 9)

02/12/2010--------NOA1 recieved for i-485/i-130 (day 10)

02/24/2010--------NOA1 for i-765 (day 22)

03/11/2010--------biometric appointment done!!!!!! yay!! (day 37)

03/12/2010--------touch on i-485 (that tickles) (day 38)

03/19/2010--------request to appear for initial interview on 04/28/2010 ( day 45)

03/31/2010--------biometric appointment for i-765 (sheesh, i hoped that wouldn't happen but oh, well)done in 2 minutes!!!!!(day 57)

04/01/2010--------touch on i-765 (oooh, all the touching makes me giggly) (day 58)

04/16/2010--------EAD production notice (day 74)

04/26/2010--------EAD recieved in the mail (day 84)

04/28/2010--------interview (day 86) approved

05/28/2010--------green card recieved!!! (day 116)

Great! :):dance: The notice date (which I believe equals the issue/mail-it-out date) of my NOA1's was the date my checks cleared, so you should have it around Tuesday next week (Monday is a holiday).

When you get the check image online, I understand you get the case number, correct?

- Should the case number be the same for both checks (I-130 - $355 and I-485 - $1010)?

- Is the case immediately available for tracking online?

No, you get two different numbers which are really just tracking numbers. The case numbers that you get with your NOA1 are a few numbers above the numbers on the back of the check (I assume each "action" gets its own "case number"). The numbers of the back of my checks were ending in 14 and 15, while the case numbers on NOA1 were 18-22.

The cases are unfortunately not immediately available for tracking online, I can't see mine yet either.

My husband and I sent the packet 2 days ago. We looked at the USPS site a few hours ago about the delivery status and it said that it's already arrived at the Chicago Lockbox. ;)

Does anyone have an idea how fast my Biometrics notice should arrive? Next week sound probable or not?

Your notice date might be at least a week after NOA, then add a couple of days to get it in the mail.
