I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Hi Danu, our case was transfered to CSC on 2/26 and our biometrics appt was 3/3 and completed same day.

Biometric appointment on 03/17/10.. got the letter yesterday, date of notice 3/3/10

I also received the expected RFE for the I-693.. dated 3/3/10..

Yes, I need to visit the Doctor to complete the I-693.. we originally chose not to visit the CS since all the requirements were done but, didn't work.. I am sure it will be very simple [hopefully].. the delay in process will be part of our quest..

I am sure it will not be so complicated other than finding an honest doctor. I started to call CS in the NY Area but some of these guys are very sneaky..

I got this guy charging $250 [CASH], + vaccinations.. is increadible but we will take care of it this saturday.. perhaps, will look for a doctor that take my medical plan as my wife is already in my plan
