Hi everyOne.. We are Feb. filers too. I been reading all your post and timeline here.. Our papers was sent to MSC and we did not get any mail from USCIS yet ..I am nervous .. :help:

Omg...i completely missed this post! Sorry RonnieKris....welcome to the Feb filers group and good luck on your journey! And I wouldn't worry yet....it took about a week before we got any mail from USCIS so you should get something soon!

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Good morning All.. yes,. monday and the waiting continue..

So far, have not received my RFE letter and/or Biometrics appointment.. But, I will not stress anymore :wacko:

When a case is transferred to CSC, USCIS feels that all of the initial requirements were met and they are going to try to complete that particular case without requiring an interview. Generally, when a case is transferred to CSC it gets approved a bit faster.

Any current statistics on time between transfer and approval? My wife's got a tentative job offer and needs that EAD ASAP.

12/31/2009 Married in the U.S. on K-1 visa

01/28/2010 received copy of marriage certificate (what a delay!)

02/01/2010 AOS (I-485/I-765/I-131/I-1145) package sent to USCIS via FedEx (Day 0)

02/02/2010 AOS package received at USCIS confirmed by FedEx (Day 1)

02/08/2010 NOA1 for I-485/I-765/I-131, noting Date of Receipt 02/02/2010 (Day 7)

02/10/2010 Biometrics Letter date, noting appointment on 02/26/2010 (Day 9)

02/23/2010 Notice of Transfer to CSC (Day 22)

I don't know what the statistics are but hopefully someone else can shed some light on this... :unsure:

biometrics complete! that was painless :) And quick!

And I got a free train ride into Boston, which was weird. But I'll take it :thumbs:

yeah. hoping for a transfer notice very soon.. based on a casual glance at others' dates, I projected the transfer notice could be issued today.

We (January 2010 AOS Filers) got our first AOS approval last week (vespa rossa - case transferred 03 Feb 2010, approved 05 Mar 2010 = 30 days)!!!

Me too. A job offer was at hand but I have to decline because my EAD is not available yet and I still am not sure when it will be approved. Hopefully in the next 3 weeks...

02/11/10 AOS, EAD and AP filed

02/23/10 NOA1 notice date

02/27/10 NOA1 hard copy received

02/26/10 change of address

03/03/10 ASC appt at local office on 03/18/10

03/09/10 Case transferred to CSC notified thru email

03/16/10 Received notice thru email (2nd time) & hard copy that CSC has rcvd application

03/17/10 (one day early as scheduled) Biometrics done

04/28/10 card production ordered for EAD (on document production status) and AP (post-decision act)

04/30/10 touch again for AP (post-decision activity)

05/04/10 received AP in mail

05/11/10 another touch on EAD & email received from USCIS stating card production ordered

05/22/10 EAD in mail... FINALLY!

08/12/10 AOS touch...

09/09/10 AOS touch...

09/10/10 called USCIS and got a service request for AOS application...

09/13/10 email and text notification... AOS APPROVED and card production notice at the same time!!!

09/20/10 received green card and welcome letter in mail.... at last!!!
